Our Neighborhood

A village inside a town.

Prospector Square has been Park City's working neighborhood for forty years. Locals come for coffee, work meetings, dog walks, and the kind of restaurants you can wear boots to.

  • Sixty-plus locally-owned businesses, two coffee shops, three breweries.
  • Free parking and a pedestrian-friendly layout you won't find in Old Town.
  • Year-round events: farmers markets, music nights, holiday lighting.

Concept 01 · The Proposal

Heritage: a refined return to your roots.

This concept honors the navy-and-orange palette we built for you in 2013 — the colors regulars already recognize on signage, banners, and the original site. We've kept the heritage and dropped the dated execution: a modern serif (Source Serif Pro) replaces DejaVu, a clean 12-column grid replaces Bootstrap 3, and the page-builder gives your team real flexibility without breaking the visual identity locals trust.

What's distinct about this concept

  • Familiar — on purpose. Anyone who knew the old site will feel at home.
  • Container-based grid. Comfortable density, easy to scan, friendly on older screens.
  • Multi-image hero slider. The carousel pattern your editors already know.
  • Lowest build complexity of the three concepts — the fastest to ship.

"We loved the original. We just want it to feel current — and easier to update ourselves."
