Our story
Bonanza Drive isn't a development — it's where the town runs its errands. We've been the backdrop for first jobs, first dates, ski-day breakfasts, and forty Junes of farmers markets.

Concept 03 · The Proposal
This concept moves on from the navy-and-orange palette and reintroduces Prospector Square as a contemporary destination brand. The visual language is alpine: deep forest green, copper accents, warm stone neutrals, and large geometric type with mono labels for that technical, considered feel. Think modern resort branding, not 2013 small-town directory.
01 · Cinematic
Background video hero. Lead with footage of the Square — people, light, seasons.
02 · Interactive
Map-based directory. Filter businesses by category and see them on the map.
03 · Motion-rich
Subtle motion throughout. Animated counters, parallax, and an infinite marquee — tasteful, not loud.
04 · A new identity
Boldest brand departure. A genuinely new look that competes with destination resorts.
"Be the destination people search for — not the place they wander into by accident."
— Brand brief, January 2026
All motion respects prefers-reduced-motion.
Counters, parallax, and the marquee all gracefully disable for users who've opted out of animation.
